2. Director of Studies – Administrator of Academic Affairs
3. Head of Business Development – Administrator of Product Marketing and promotion.
4. Head of Support services – Administrator of Resource Management.

Under the current Organization structure,
The Ministerial Avisory Board (MAB ) is the administrative Body which oversee the efficient operation of the EASTC.
The Regional Advisory Board (RAB) is a technical Board which advised MAB on Curriculum development of the EASTC.
