The Regional Advisory Board (RAB) is a Technical Board which advises MAB on the Curriculum development of the EASTC.

The Current membership of the RAB consist of

1. The Director General- National Bureau of Statistics(NBS)-Tanzania
2. The Chief Executive officer of EASTC- Secretary.
3. The Heads of the National Statistical Offices of Botswana, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia, Republic of South Africa, Seychelles, Somalia, Swaziland, Sudan, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
4. The Director of the Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (ISAE), Makerere University.
5. A representative of the University of Dar es Salaam.
6. A representative of the Statistics Division of the United Nations Economic Commissions for Africa (UNECA)
7. Representatives of co-opted organizations and institutions.
