The Executive Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation with Statistics is designed to produce professionals who can not only design and manage robust M&E systems but also apply rigorous statistical methods to generate credible evidence on program performance and impact by integrating strong theoretical foundations in M&E with applied statistical and research competencies. The programme equips graduates with the ability to design results-based M&E frameworks, develop meaningful indicators, manage data systems, and conduct impact evaluations using appropriate statistical techniques. Emphasis is placed on causal inference, data quality, and the use of modern analytical tools to support policy formulation and program improvement.

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & evaluation, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Agriculture, Education (Science), Environmental studies, Engineering, Science and Technology programmes, Health and allied sciences, ICT, Computer Science, Development Planning, Community Development, Project Planning, Local Government, Administration, Regional Development, or related areas, with a GPA of at least 2.7 or a credit/distinction for unclassified degrees. Foreign qualifications require equivalence certification from the relevant authority. Candidates with pass degrees and at least a B grade may also qualify if they have a minimum of three years of relevant field/research experience or additional professional training of at least three months. Non-degree holders with Advanced or Postgraduate Diplomas may be considered if they obtained Upper Second/Distinction awards from TCU-recognized institutions.
